Preparation:

Special healthy salad is not only healthy but also delicious. Collect all items given below at your hands.

Mix 1 spoon of baking soda or the same amount of enzyme in 1 liter of water and soak the vegetables for 1 hour. 

What you will get in it: 

Alkaline food except eggs, Phytochemicals, micronutrients and all kinds of nutrients, Rich in multi colors

(Amount of ingredients is considered as how many members are in your family.)

 

Ingredients: 

  1. Cucumber 
  2. Tomato 🍅 
  3.  Green, Yellow and Red Capsicum 
  4. Lettuce
  5. Red Cabbage 
  6. Carrot 🥕
  7. 🍋 Lemon 
  8. coriander leaves 
  9. Green chilies 
  10. Avocado (natural fat) 
  11. Domestic duck 🦆 eggs 
  12. Olive oil 
  13. Double chickpeas 
  14. Himalayan Pink Salt

 

These are standard. But if all kinds of ingredients are not available, collect as many as you can and make a salad with them. Be health conscious. Take care of yourself and take care of everyone in the family.
